I can’t log in, what do I do? If this is your first time logging in, remember that your temporary password is case sensitive, so all letters should be lowercase. Or, If you have already logged in once, you would have been asked to change your password. If still cannot log in please contact us. |

I did not receive an email with my PIN and password for the course I just registered for. If you are using a free Web-based email provider such as Hotmail or Gmail it is possible that the email went to the Junk or Spam folder. Check there first and mark as “safe”. If you cannot locate it contact support. |

How do I print my certificate? Log in first. In the main navigation there is a button that says Certificates. Click the button and your certificate will be available for printing. (Assuming you have completed the program of course) |

Is this training recognized in my province/territory? Yes, these are nationally recognized courses that are recognized in every province and territory in Canada. |

Why haven’t I received my card in the mail? Only WHMIS courses receive plastic wallet cards. If you have completed the WHMIS course, it can take up to three weeks to process and mail the cards. If it has been longer, please contact us and let us know. |
